Voting by Feet
Abstimmung mit den Füßen. Neben der Abstimmung mittels Stimmabgabe (Voice;  Abstimmungsverfahren) kann eine Abstimmung faktisch auch mit den Füßen, d.h. mittels Abwanderung (Exit), erfolgen. In Diktaturen wird üblicherweise versucht, „Voice and Exit“ zu unterbinden.
